Downholland Haskayne CE Primary School has welcomed children back to school this week with a host of outdoor activities to reinvigorate their hearts, souls and love for learning!

Our small rural school on the boundary of Lancashire and Sefton, in the pretty canalside village of Haskayne, is the idyllic location to spend those formative years learning through engaging with the natural resources of the countryside and local area. We have enjoyed comparing the very first lockdown ever, Noah's Ark, to Lockdown 2020, the children have made some natural rainbows to symbolise hope for the future and to say a big thank you to everyone for playing their part in staying safe.
